Damage and shortagesTransport damage and shortages must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt, with photographs and a note on the delivery slip.
Goods not taken backBecause of the nature of animal feed, opened packaging and goods whose storage conditions can no longer be guaranteed cannot be taken back.
