Terms and conditions of sale

These terms govern sales by LOUPAS NEGOCE SARL, Parc d'Activité Sud, Zone Artisanale, 57150 Creutzwald, France, to business customers.

1. Scope

Sales are restricted to businesses (pet shops, breeders, veterinary practices, resellers). No sales are made to consumers. Opening an account is subject to approval by LOUPAS NEGOCE SARL, which may be refused without stating reasons.

2. Products and prices

Prices are visible after logging into an approved business account. All prices are net, in euros, excluding VAT, which is added according to applicable regulations. The price in force at the time of the order applies.

3. Minimum order quantity

The minimum order quantity is 250 kg. A contribution of € 110.00 per pallet may be charged.

4. Orders

Orders are placed online through the dealer area. An order becomes binding upon confirmation by LOUPAS NEGOCE SARL. Available quantities may vary.

5. Delivery

Delivery times are indicative. Delay does not entitle the customer to cancellation, compensation or penalty. Goods travel at the recipient's risk. Damage or shortages must be reported in writing within 48 hours.

6. Payment

Payment terms are agreed when the account is opened and repeated on the invoice. Late payment incurs interest and a fixed recovery charge of € 40 (Art. L441-10 French Commercial Code).

7. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of LOUPAS NEGOCE SARL until payment has been received in full.

8. Complaints

Complaints must be sent to info@dogsnacks.fr. Returns are accepted only after prior written agreement.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. The commercial court of Metz has exclusive jurisdiction.
